How Have Plants and Animals Affected One Another in the Tundra?
Plants and animals can affect each other in many different ways. They can by the carbon cycle, because animals can breathe out carbon and in oxygen, while plants breathe in carbon and out oxygen, so they both help each other by the carbon cycle.
They also affect each other by the food web. There are many feeding relationships within the tundra. For instance, wolves, wolverines, arctic foxes, and polar bears are the predators. Little animals like hares and rodents are the primary consumers, and mosses and other plants are the producers. The following pictures will show some food chains webs of the tundra.
